Sometimes when too many players are downloading furniture at the same time, it will cause “traffic jams” on our server, leading to malfunctioning of the function. Please try the following suggestions.
- Make sure that your internet connection is stable
- Close the game and other background running apps, re-enter the game
- Stay on the “Deliver Furniture” popup while downloading furniture
- Change your internet, toggle between WiFi and 3G/4G, or try a faster internet
If none of the above helps, try downloading furniture later and try multiple times.
