If you are experiencing a sync problem when you changed to another device, please make sure you have updated the game to the latest version on both devices, then try again.
When synchronizing the game data across two devices, the game will show you the progress from both devices and ask you to choose which one you want. Please make sure to choose the one you want (the game will ask you to confirm your choice to prevent accidental taps).

If you had sync problems after an update, try force closing the app and then open it again. If the problems still exist, please contact our customer support.
