- If you haven't unlocked the new district, you'll need to complete all storylines in the West End District (finish the story in Chapter 27) to advance. 
- If you've already unlocked the new district, you can visit it via the Community Map interface in the bottom left corner of the main screen. Simply select the district and press the "Go" button to navigate there quickly.
