Cacti grow on stones. Match tiles or use power-ups next to the cacti to clear them. Once the cacti are removed, match tiles or use power-ups on the stones to clear them.

 

Be careful, as cacti are very resilient. If you fail to clear the stones in a single move, the catus will regrow on the stone.
